INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Slip thumb through small opening
Bend & shape metal insert along thumb
Tighten smaller velcro strap till firm but comfortable & fasten velcro
Wrap wider neoprene strap around wrist till firm but comfortable
Metal insert can be removed if required.
