The purpose of this device is to contain the abdominal wall and exert localised pressure on the umbilical/abdominal hernia with a pad, which can be positioned on the exact spot of the hernia. It can be used before surgery (with the pressure pad) and in the post-operative period (without the pressure pad). The possibility of adjusting the pressure by means of the Velcro closure of the band ensures the right level of firmness needed to reduce discomfort and pain and provide stable support. Particular care has been taken in the choice of cotton fabric, which is elastic and breathable. Easy to wear, extremely practical and functional.
