The modular hernia band for the quick and rational treatment of many hernias.
Also suitable as a trial fitting.
- Body belt made of 45 mm wide elastic bandage belt, beige with folding buckle.
- Pad cover and thigh strap made of velveton
- Synthetic leather cover for 12 mm spring, pad and closure flap
- Leather thigh strap fastener
- With short spring (on request also with three-quarter and long spring)
- Six different pelotte shapes
- Single sided for right or left
- Double sided with buckle closure in the back
- Available in standard sizes 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100 and 105 (body circumference cm)
- Oversizes, made-to-measure and other pad shapes at extra charge

The springs provide dynamic pressure to effectively reduce inguinal hernias.

Short spring
For small to medium inguinal hernias that require light back pressure.

Spring 3,4
For medium inguinal hernias that require moderate back pressure. The spring is more enveloping, providing better guidance.

Long spring
For large inguinal hernias that require more pressure.
The long spring, with its end extending beyond the centre of the sacrum (ossacrum), creates an effective and powerful counterpressure.

Double hernias with a long spring therefore always require a back pad as padding on the sacrum, as the two springs overlap in the back.
