Two polycentric anodized aluminium hinges, perfectly tight to the joint, give extra MCL-LCL stability to the knee. These stays are reversible to fit either on a right or a left knee. In case of no ligament problems you can choose to put the spiral stays instead of the polycentric ones.

The inside one is made with a very soft cotton velour providing the skin with an extremely comfortable touch and, at the same time, allowing it to breathe. The fabric on the outside, made with a particular and dense nylon mesh forming microscopic and resistant loops, allows the Velcro pads to securely fasten onto the surface.
