Reusable cold warm pack. Cold: post-operative (especially orthopedic), trauma. The cold has an analgesic effect by slowing nerve conduction. It also prevents the formation of edema and decreases the importance of hematoma. Hot: In some cases, warm is better than cold to relieve pain (torticollis, lumbago).

Froid : post-opératoire (notamment orthopédique), traumatismes. Le froid à un effet antalgique par ralentissement de conduction nerveuse. Il évite également la formation d'oedèmes et diminue l'importance de l"hématome.
Chaud : Dans certains cas, le chaud est préférable au froid pour calmer la douleur (torticolis, lumbago).
