This Patella Stabilizer has been developed as a protective support for people suffering from articulation, muscle or tendon injuries arising from either pathologic or traumatic causes. Pavis’ exclusive locking system enables the patient to choose the desired support in three separate areas. Two C-shaped buttresses move close to one another as the central straps are fastened, thus encircling the patella and stabilizing it. Both buttresses can be repositioned to provide greater patellar support from the lateral or medial side. Two alluminium multicentric hinges stays guarantee lateral stability to the knee.

SPECIFIC ELEMENTS
To obtain this knee brace, several fabrics have been used, including a match of two very special elastic ones. The inside one is made with a very soft cotton velour providing the skin with an extremely comfortable touch and, at the same time, allowing it to breathe. The fabric on the outside, made with a particular and dense nylon mesh, forming microscopic and resistant loops, allows the Velcro pads to securely fasten onto the surface.
