- Edge pad and thigh strap with cotton simplex cover
- Genuine leather deck for 12 mm spring and pad
- Three different nib lengths
- Two different pelotte shapes in elaborate edge design
- Single sided for right or left
- Double sided (3/4 - and short nib) with buckle closure in the back
- Double sided (long nib) with padded back cushion and leather deck

The springs provide dynamic pressure to effectively reduce inguinal hernias.

Short spring
For small to medium inguinal hernias that require light back pressure.

Spring 3,4
For medium inguinal hernias that require moderate back pressure. The spring is more enveloping, providing better guidance.

Long spring
For large inguinal hernias that require more pressure.
The long spring, with its end extending beyond the centre of the sacrum (ossacrum), creates an effective and powerful counterpressure.
