This Thumb Spika has been designed as a support and protective device for all those cases where it is necessary to clench the thumb in association with the immobilization of the wrist. This Thumb Spika has been ergonomically designed. It carries four user friendly closing devices that allow a wide range of fastening settings by means of the easy on-easy off locking system. It also incorporates three pre-shaped yet moldable aluminum stays.

SPECIFIC ELEMENTS
The skin-contact layer is made with a very soft cotton velour providing the skin with an extremely comfortable touch and, at the same time, allowing it to breathe. The outside one, made with a particular elastic Velcro fabric on which pads secure fasten onto the surface.
HOW TO WEAR
Wear directly on the skin. Close all velcro parts (wraping the part around the thumb too) adjusting compression.
