The rigid posterior construction, consists of two adjusted elements made of plastic (ABS), provides a robust framework, to offer fitting to body precisely and stabilizing the backbone.

The plastic elements are internal covered by soft and skin-friendly fabric ActivDistance II.

The rear frame is connected with two elastic side elements, made of plastic (ABS), providing excellent fitting and stabilization in the frontal plane. The front piece of the consists of: adjusted splint with sternum, abdominal and pubic pads. The abdominal pad has two polyamide buckles connected with side semi-rigid elements. Furthermore, the sternum and pubic pads are adjusted what improves the comfort of use.

All of these pads are made of ABS and covered by soft skin-friendly fabric ActivDistance II. The front splint together with pads stabilize the spine in the sagittal plane, prvoviding limited front mobility.

The plastic semi-rigid elements of have removable polyamide buckles that allows to achieve patient’s anatomic shape.

When you need to adjust the circumference you can remove the buckles and assemble them in the required place. When it’s necessary, you can cut off the excessive part of plastic elements.
