_ INDICATIONS
_ Post-operative after all open or arthroscopic shoulder surgery
Specifically:
_ After reconstruction of the rotator collar after proximal humeral fracture
_ After shoulder prosthesis implantation
_ After capsulotomy by stiff shoulder
Conservative treatment of:
_ Proximal humerus fracture
_ Shoulder dislocation
_ Inflammatory shoulder diseases (for example, bursitis subacromial)

_ Stable positioning of the upper and lower arm (pain reduction)
_ 30° abduction to prevent sticking of the axillaris recess
_ Middle internal rotation position at about 45° for avoiding excessive shortening of the subscapularis tendon
_ Treatment of the rear and front shoulder with external rotation wedge
